D'mitri, the service tech was prompt and professional. Discovered a leak in the tubing of the refrigeration line. Instead of just repairing the hole, he took the original line out and replaced it with a new copper line to reduce any future problems with corrosion. 2 days later, I had to call and have him return, because the unit was not keeping cold. He flushed the system with high pressure and found that there was some residual oil particles clogging the line. He recharged the system and is now working properly. There was no extra charge for the return visit. Truly old school service. And I am saying this as a retired real estate developer and building contractor who was in business for forty five years. It's hard to find service like this today.

My older Samsung dual cool refrigerator freezer quit cooling enough on the refrigerator part and after reading reviews I called Dompro and did not regret my choice. The woman who answers the phone and does the scheduling was very nice and I was able to have an appointment within a day and a half. Dimitri was not only professional and knowledgeable but also was very nice and never rushed. He explained everything very well and gave me an option of just the repair or an additional reasonable upgrade so that my problem wouldn't happen again. The dispenser on my in door ice maker had broken. The technician knew how to get the appropriate parts and the icemaker was repaired within a few days. Very friendly, respectful, and knowledgable.

These guys are true magicians! My air conditioner stopped cooling properly, and an unpleasant odor was coming from the vents; they came over—with immense professionalism and efficiency—cleaned the unit inside and out, and then treated it with an antiseptic. We were very pleased with the service we received from DomPro.We called late on a Friday afternoon when we discovered our refrigerator freezer and ice maker were no longe working.The technician, Dmytro, arrived around seven. He was neat, well dressed, professional in appearance, and well spoken. He immediately set to work, diagnosing the issue. He cleaned the coils then flushed the lines and refilled the refrigerant gas with the hope that it would resolve the issue without more costly part replacement repairs.Before he left, Dmyero asked us to text him the temperature reading the next morning in case he had to return with needed parts.Luckily, the issue was resolved, the freezer is working, and the ice dispenser is full.In addition to the cost for an emergency, Friday night repair being very reasonable, we ways felt as if Dmyero had our back and would stick with us until everything was resolved.

Demetri came to my house to fix my subzero wine cooler, he quickly and systematically went throught the unit, first confirming that the solonoid was working and then confirmed the compressor was working and then did a pressure test and discovered a leak in the condenser, he tried to fix the brocken one first but it was to badly damaged so he ordered a new condenser, he came back with the new one 2 days later and within an hour had the unit back up and running,To replace the wine cooler with a new subzero would have been over $10,000.We are so happy with the outcome and the wine is chilling perfectly .I would highly recommend demetri for all of your refrigeration needs he is highly experienced and his rates are very fair.3 of my friends had problems with their ice machines after we had a tidal surge from hurricane Milton and they all got submerged under water, he fixed them all up and got them running.Thank you demitriSteve

This is an excellent company… From the person who answered the phone all the way through the repair… I have A KitchenAid side-by-side refrigerator freezer that wasn’t blowing cold… They got me on the schedule in a very timely manner… Showed up on time for the call… I had a faulty fan on the freezer side .
