Super happy with Titan Roofing and with Ryan Holden the tech they sent out. Everything with my roof repair was easy, from scheduling to discussing the inspection results and making the repairs. They were recommended to me, and I'm glad I gave them a call when I had a leak that needed fixed ASAP before the next storm.

Titan replaced the roof on our cabin and I am now completely satisfied with their work. The project was not without some significant difficulties. Their outsourced installers did not show up twice when scheduled. We also had water damage on our interior ceilings when there was rain during the roof installation. However, Titan stepped up and compensated us for the damage. I was very impressed with all the people I worked with to resolve the issues. Every Titan employee was kind, considerate and eager to resolve the issues and make things right. I don't have everyone's name that worked on our project, but my thanks go especially to Will the Operations Manager. Sam Baker, Sam Jewell, Dayton Butcher and Zach McClellan came out to complete the project and it all now looks great.I do recommend Titan for roofing projects, however there should be significant discussion with them if the location of the property is in a more remote rural area. It seems their outsourced installer teams can be unreliable at times and decide at the last minute to not show up and do a project in a remote location when scheduled.

Josh King arrived on time maybe a little early with permission. Very informative NOT pushy spoke with confidence. He talked to me not at me made sure I understood everything he was saying. This was a quote estimate appointment.

JD Murders was excellent in explaining the process as each step was not so overwhelming for me as an elderly woman.They replaced necessary boards that were bad as well. He was exceptionally patient.I was a nervous wreck. Thank you for walking me through. God Bless.
