Our general contractor first brought in Sean when we did a remodel last year. He and his team did such a great job on the interior painting that we hired him again ourselves when we painted the exterior this year. He is meticulous about prep work and using the right paint for the right surface (stucco, wood trim, aluminum gutters/soffets, wooden deck/stairs, etc). His quote was competitive, particularly given the extra care he takes, and he is prompt, courteous, collaborative, and an effective/efficient communicator.
