Great place to drop in whole in New Orleans and even better to suffer with other during the Crossfit Open 2026. The athletes were all friendly and of course the facility was great (old school crossfit style). The coaches were encouraging and broke down all the movements for us to understand and execute. Definitely stop in if you are in the area. Plenty of parking.

Dropped in for class while in town for work trip. Great gym! Members were very welcoming. Coach Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful offering great cues. Overall great experience and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to New Orleans.

I went to the mid-city location - it's enormous! Julia was a great coach, very welcoming - she was very detailed in explaining the movements and modifications for the workout and providing feedback during the class. The members I worked out with were open and friendly - overall a great experience.
