Great experience - really welcoming Hyrox group and Colby gave great instruction. Jeff was very understanding and helpful when I managed to book the wrong location… who knew there were two in NOLA 🤦‍♀️🤣 Thank you, I hope to be back when next visiting from the UK!

Amplio, comodo, equipado y con buen ambiente para alguien que solo fue un día de visita.Las indicaciones del coach muy claras aún cuando mi nivel de inglés no es el mejor. (Mexicano)Si prácticas CrossFit, es el lugar.

Dropped in for crossfit while visiting New Orleans. Everyone was so welcoming and Jeff was a great coach! I wish I had made it in earlier and not on my last day in town. I cannot recommend it enough!

Great gym. The CrossFit classes feel more like personal training than just normal group fitness. I’ve learned a lot and the classes are always well organized, on time, and have lots of options to push yourself while always making an environment where I felt comfortable to modify as necessary. Love this place and I’m going to keep coming back.

Alvin is the best!! He cares so much and always gives so many options for how to make the workout meet your needs. So grateful for this free offering 💖

Coach Jason did an outstanding job preparing me for the WOD. He made a few minor adjustments to my L-sit technique that kept me fully engaged and helped improve my movement throughout the session. The atmosphere at CrossFit NOLA was welcoming from the moment I walked in, and it was a nice bonus that the pro shop had a T-shirt available in my size. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely recommend stopping in if you're in the area.

As a coach, elite level judge and wannabe athlete. Can’t recommend this gym enough. My coach today was Carl an adaptive athlete going to the games. Such a good coach and all round legend. Good program, scaling available, big ass fan for the heat. Highly recommend!

Everybody at the gym was super helpful and nice It was my first time there and I knew nothing about the programming, but I still felt very comfortable with everyone there. Coaches and the members are all super passionate about what they do.

Stopped by this box while I was in town for a conference and it was an awesome experience. Coach Crys is simply the best and the facility was great as well.

Solid workout space. $30 drop in fee.

Took a 5:15pm class as a drop-in while driving through. Perfect location, gym was spacious/clean and plenty of class time options. Coach Mike was super cool - he ran class on time, instruction was easy to follow and would have been for any level athlete, overall a good time/great class.

Had the chance to drop-in at downtown while on holiday from the UK. Phil was coaching the class, he made me feel really welcome and had plenty time to answer my questions. The other people in the box were also really friendly and gave me some pointers for the rest of my trip!

Our son is competing to go to the Crossfit Games and we found ourselves in New Orleans during spring break AND quarter finals! We didn't know what to do, but Mollie and the crew at crossfit NOLA opened their doors to him to help him place and make semis! Very friendly, cool facilities and hard workers! Thanks again for making a place and taking time with our son!

I was in town from Philly for the Irish Channel Parade with family and needed a place to complete the 26.3 CrossFit Open workout. This was the only gym that responded to my inquiry about their Open workout schedule, so I dropped into the 8:30 AM class at the Burthe St. location. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Coach Jeff did an excellent job leading the warm-up and creating a great atmosphere for the workout. You can tell the coaching staff really cares about making visitors feel comfortable and ready to perform. The gym itself has that classic warehouse-style CrossFit setup, which is my personal favorite. Overall, it was a great drop-in experience, and I really appreciate them accommodating me while I was visiting town.

Fantastic drop-in this morning. Coach Tino gave me hope I might get dubs one day & that’s not an exaggeration. Classic box in an old building with a roll up door. I was at the Uptown location on Burthe Street.

Everyone here is so nice. Dropped in for the week. They definitely made me feel like I was in my own box back at home.

Great place to drop in whole in New Orleans and even better to suffer with other during the Crossfit Open 2026. The athletes were all friendly and of course the facility was great (old school crossfit style). The coaches were encouraging and broke down all the movements for us to understand and execute. Definitely stop in if you are in the area. Plenty of parking.
