Closed a DSCR cash-out refi on one of my Syracuse rentals with Will Douillette at Valor Lending Group. This was a complex seller-financed acquisition, LLC vesting, multiple borrowers, plenty of underwriting conditions and Will and his processor Samantha kept it moving the entire way until we funded. Will is genuinely responsive (calls and texts answered fast, basically any time of day) and shot me straight throughout. If you're an investor with a deal that doesn't fit the standard box, Valor will get it done. Highly recommend.
