I just completed my 600 workout at Verve!! I have been a member since 2020. I love this gym! The coaches challenge and encourage me to keep reaching my fitness goals. Verve Fitness is, hands down, the BEST choice I’ve ever made for my overall health and physical strength! The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly and very encouraging! I look forward to walking through the doors and I feel great at the end of my workout. Chris and Shawna have created a gym like no other I’ve ever experienced. The community at Verve is so welcoming and supportive! Come and give it a try, you’ll be glad you did!

I started my fitness journey 2 years ago. My first workout was January 15, 2023. When I started this battle, I weighed 332 pounds. I could NOT do a sit-up. The trainers were supportive and provided an accountability that I desperately needed. The owner, Chris Franks, designs the workouts. He met me where I was and showed me how to modify the movements until I could master them on my own. His wife, Shawna Franks, is a nutritionist. She provides me with the tools to fuel my body correctly. For anyone looking for a fitness home to support you on your journey, look no further. Verve Fitness will get you results you want and give you the support you need. Today I logged workout 491. I’m about to join the 500 club. I now weigh 180 pounds. The win on the scale is huge!!! But the win of knowing I can do what I thought was impossible is colossal. I am stronger and healthier than ever. I have a community of trainers and classmates that are amazing. I never dreamed I’d be the kind of person to be in a gym 5 days a week, but I am. This gym is FANTASTIC!!!!!

My wife and I love Verve!!! Chris is the best motivator anyone could ask for. He knows when to push you and when he needs to let you figure it out. I haven’t been the most consistent attendee but he never gives up on me and that is enough for me to want to continue to be a part of such a great place!!! Thanks Chris and all the other coaches!!!

Verve is amazing! Coach Chris and the other trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and always ready to offer guidance or modify workouts to suit your needs. The work outs vary day by day which makes it more appealing. At Verve, they motivate you to show up and work hard while feeling supported. Highly recommend!

Verve is the absolute best gym in Owasso. I was trying out other gyms and I almost joined at another group gym & I decided I wanted to try verve out before I made a decision and I’m SO glad I did. Everyone is super friendly & motivating. Especially all the coaches. For years I had tried going to the gym and looking up workouts on Pinterest and didn’t really know what to do to get the results I was wanting. I’ve been going to verve for almost 5 months and I’ve seen more results in those 5 months then I did of years of going to the gym on my own. I’m so glad I found verve! I can’t wait for the next 5 months.

What I love about Verve is the coaches, the changing routine, the encouragement, the energy from the classes, and I’ve got a more positive mental state after class. I’m 64 1/2 and just trying to stay active, mobile , work on balance and strength and keep my endurance up. Verve has helped with all of this!

Verve fitness is a game changer! The culture at this gym is unmatched. From day one the coaches and members have been so welcoming and encouraging. The coaches know how to push and motivate you to help you achieve your goals and adjust moves as needed to optimize movements according to the individual. The workouts are never dull and provide a great variety of strength training, plyometrics, and cardio. After just 1 year at Verve, I am stronger and able to lift more now in my 30s, than I did as a collegiate athlete. Verve is hands down the best gym in Owasso! I love being a part of it and can’t recommend it enough!

Joining Verve was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The people there are great and supportive. Chris, the owner, does a great job of working with new or experienced gym goers and the rest of the coaches are friendly and knowledgeable. If I could give Verve more than 5 stars I would! I wanted to start getting in shape and knew I lacked the motivation to do so myself. I have found it to be very scary and intimidating to join a gym esp alone, however this was nothing I experienced here! My first experience was with one of the many amazing trainers who welcomed me and made me feel apart of team I had just met. The owners were actually in the class training like the rest of us which I found inspiring. The owners noticed I was new and introduced themselves after class. From day one I was sold! It is now the start to 3 years and I have gone from not being able to lift a barbell to lifting close to 100 lbs and SO much more! The community from an independent business is absolutely the best. Don’t wait don’t hesitate, join this amazing gym family! Happy 2025!!

My journey at Verve started in June 2023 when a friend asked me to start a fitness journey with her. I signed up for a free week. I was completely out of shape, heaviest weight i had ever been. I was terrified. After that week, I've never looked back. The community that Verve provided was something I never expected. This gym is full of the kindest, most caring, and motivating people. The coaches are outstanding and truly care about you. I have lost over 40lbs. I am so glad I found VERVE. it has pushed me out of my comfort zone in the most positive way. Verve showed me just truly how strong I am. They have completely changed my life. I am forever grateful.

I'm a 5x a week guy at Verve Fitness. Have been for nearly 3 years now. I've gotten much stronger, more fit, and love the convenience of the workouts. For years, I went to the gym on my own, tried to run a program on my own, and got minimal results. What I love as a busy family guy in my 40's is I show up at Verve, a quality workout is planned and ready for me, I get after it for 45 minutes and I'm done. No fuss, no planning, but better results. The coaches and the community of Verve might be the best part. Amazing people to get stronger and better with. Wide variety of exercises, wide variety of times in the week to engage, and a lot of fun.Come check it out. You'll like it.

Took my first class last week and was very impressed! Our coach, Joey, and the whole team was very welcoming! The environment was great and the workout itself was a good balance between strength movements and stability training. If you're looking for a class setting, great people, and an opportunity to get into better shape, I'd highly recommend you try them out!
