I recently joined TDC and wanted to share how helpful their entire team has been. I know many have been using it with Jane for many years, but I was surprised today to receive a hand written message by the owner Josh. His team really cares about chiropractors, down to the smallest details. The system is super robust, which I love, but admittedly it’s intimidating. Dr Dwayne was really helpful in the daily zoom calls as well. There are large database of tutorials, plus AI to help setup literally any workflow or patient journey you can think of.I do consider myself pretty tech savvy, and I am still wrapping my head around how to accomplish what I need in my clinic, but learning on your own deepens the level of understanding. So don’t let the vast tools scare you once you join! Just ask, and the team is there to help.I came from Review Wave and left after a year due to Jane connectivity issues, which is also why I didn’t go with Demandhub.I’m really glad I didn’t now, because TDC has a great connection with Jane!
