I finally found something that WORKS! This system integrates with my EHR, sends texts, emails, automations AND has great support! They didn’t just sell me on a software but actually heard what I needed for my clinic and helped me get the results I wanted! Had a great time at TDC’s Patient Experience Seminar. Not only did we get direct help with personalizing our TDC account to set up automations and workflows to increase productivity, we learned face to face communication skills that will improve our patient interactions to ensure we are leaving them feeling heard and valued! Josh and Dwayne’s curriculum for the weekend provided us with an extended amount of education while making it feel as if we were just having fun. TDC and their support staff have always been so helpful when issues may arise, I recommend their program and seminars to everyone!!
