We worked with Dan and his crew on residing the front of our house with James Hardie and I highly recommend the company to anyone needing exterior work done!We previously resided the other three sides of our house last year with James Hardie using a large, well known exterior company. We ended up liking the siding so much that we decided to replace the cedar on the front of our house with James Hardie this year. We planned to use the same company for the front but had a chance encounter with Dan and after talking, decided to have him come out to see the house and put together a quote for the job. Dan was very competitive with his quote and through talking about the product at length, it was clear he is incredibly knowledgable about James Hardie siding and the technical aspects that go into installing it properly, as this isn't a siding that just any company can do. Dan was very responsive and open about his crew and its qualifications and that he'd be the project manager for the job to ensure the work was done to high quality, so we made the decision to move forward. On install day, his crew showed up early in the morning and was very effective and efficient in how it worked to remove the cedar and get the James Hardie installed on the front all within a day. The crew was friendly and did a great job of cleaning up well from the mess that cedar is when being taken off a house. Dan was on site multiple times and kept in communication with us, and came out after the job was finished to walk through the work and make sure we were completely satisfied.We will absolutely use Exterior Alliance for future exterior work and highly recommend it to anyone looking to have a job done, especially as it relates to James Hardie siding. He and his crew know the product and how to install it correctly and do so in an effective, highly professional way.

We worked with Dan and the Exterior Alliance team this spring. Our house was about 25 years old, and needed some work. Exterior Alliance replaced our exterior siding and trim, repaired stucco, and repainted the entire exterior of the house. Dan and the team were terrific. Great communication, and excellent quality. We are really happy with the results - our house looks brand new. I highly recommend Exterior Alliance.

Today we had Exterior Alliance Roofing come to inspect our roof. After the recent wind & hailstorms in the Columbus area, we were concerned about roof damage. Dan and his associate found some nail pops & loose caps, and tightened everything up. We really appreciate Dan’s honesty, that he didn’t immediately try to sell us a new roof. Dan did say that we should plan for the expense of a new roof in the next 3-5 years though. In an industry that has so many companies that like to “storm chase” for clients, I really appreciate Dan’s honesty & integrity. A rare thing in the world we live in now.

They did an awsome job. They replaced my roof on the same day I requested because I had active roof leakage and open house very next day. I can not ask for more than what they did for me. Even five stars are not enough.
