The most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered. Kevin was 50 minutes late without so much as a phone call. There was nothing to identify that he was with any sort of business, no business card, logo shirt or signage on his truck. He was rude from the beginning and told me that he did not want to do the job because it was too much work, he was not interested in discussing any options, just not interested. This was after I was told on the phone that they do this type of work all the time and they would discuss the different ways to insulate the walls of my historic home.

This company was extremely professional and thorough. On top of that they were extremely kind and friendly to deal with. Highly recommended. Their prices are the best and very competitive

I had Groundhog Insulation Pros blow insulation into my attic in Winston-Salem. The three men worked quickly and hard, were polite and very helpful, and cleaned up well afterwards. They did a very good job of plugging air leaks, moving stored items to a small storage area in the attic, then blowing in the insulation. They also put a tent over the attic stairwell - all at a competitive price. I am quite pleased with their work, and got it done just in time for the latest blast of polar air!

Had groundhog come out and fill up our attic insulation due to it being low after finding them through a duke energy program. They were easy to talk to and explain all the things to be done, and what would or wouldn't qualify for the program through duke. They came out quickly to give an estimate and the work was done quickly and cleanly within a week of accepting the estimate. Can already notice the difference in efficiency in our home. Overall great experience.
