My sales representative was Kenny. He was very professional, and explained everything to me in detail. He asked many questions about what I wanted and how I wanted the work done. Keven, was my lead installer. He was very polite, and experienced. He was happy to talk to me about all the work he had done in Layman’s terms so I could understand fully what he was doing. Christina, the office manager, worked behind the scenes and was able to supply me with all types of warranty information in writing What the #Warranty terms meant. I had Groundhog Insulation Pros blow insulation into my attic in Winston-Salem. The three men worked quickly and hard, were polite and very helpful, and cleaned up well afterwards. They did a very good job of plugging air leaks, moving stored items to a small storage area in the attic, then blowing in the insulation. They also put a tent over the attic stairwell - all at a competitive price. I am quite pleased with their work, and got it done just in time for the latest blast of polar air!

I found Groundhog through the Duke Energy referral program. I thought if Duke vetted them, then that's a good starting point for beginning the selection process. I contacted their office and spoke to Christina and their response was immediate. In fact, Ken, their field rep, was at my house within 24 hours of my call and provided an estimate the next day. I had two other companies provide estimates as well, but Groundhog's proposal was detailed, easy to understand and provided the best pricing and most complete attic and crawlspace insulation solution! When Kevin and his team showed up to do the work, they were on time, professional, courteous, took care of our home, worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was totally satisfied!
