Bliss Pools recently completed a full transformation in our backyard. The design process was straightforward and helped us visualize the pool, decking, fireplace and outdoor structure in order to make difficult decisions more tangible. The construction coordination on the entire project was quick and concise, and the assigned tradesmen on each facet were top notch. We have a beautiful result that exceeded expectations and a budget that held throughout many challenges and our own changing minds. We really appreciate Jeff’s dedication and patience, and would recommend him to anyone considering a dream buildout in their yard.

Jeff and Bliss pools deserves 5 stars all the way. He is very quick to respond, courteous, attentive and prompt. He was out to my house in 2 days and had a plan drawn up by day 4 and it was super impressive. You can tell he has been in the pool building business for years with tons of experience. This starts from quick responses, design insight, knowledge to build in and around the lake with different soil conditions and having great software to design your pool with your house and dimensions in the plan so there is no question to what you are getting.Jeff was patient with my different redesign ideas and was able to work in all the design concepts I wanted to cram into my limited backyard space. He understood what I was looking for in a pool and was able to put my ideas into a very accurate 3D design model to visualize exactly what I would be getting.When it came time for the final proposal and pricing, the proposal was very detailed oriented with pages of line by line items of exactly what I would be getting.Again I have nothing to say but good things of my experience with Jeff and Bliss Pools and I highly recommend them.

Jeff was absolutely amazing! He walked me thru the process at every step, answered every question, and made changes to the design as we went to make this the best experience possible. He knew my budget and was upfront about every cost, and most of all, it was all affordable! I recommend them to anyone who is on the pool hunt! We love our pool and have enjoyed it ALL summer and all the summers to come.
