That mattered to me.About a week after we decided to go with Silver Cloud, they got us on the schedule quickly. Teri even came back out for another visit to iron out the details and get everything dialed in. She started with pressure washing the house, and the following week — exactly when she said they would arrive — I met Brandon and his helper.They spent the next four days carefully prepping and painting our suburban home. We had such a fantastic experience with this painting company from start to finish. From the initial estimate all the way through the final walkthrough, they were friendly, professional, communicative, and genuinely easy to work with.They painted our ceilings after popcorn removal, and our drywall contractor kept shifting the schedule. Every single time we had to push the painting dates back, Teri was incredibly flexible and gracious about it.When we finally got the green light to paint, Brandon and his crew went above and beyond. They brought in extra crew members and completed what was supposed to be a two-day job in just one day so we could get our house back together before Christmas. That level of care and effort is hard to find.The ceilings look great and the whole experience was smooth, positive, and relatively stress-free. We did a “Facelift” paint job to our house and it turned out soooo beautiful! I absolutely love it! We painted the stucco, the trim, garage door and front door. We reached out to several painters in the area for exterior paint on our home in Penn Valley. Everyone was booked out through October. After speaking with Teri to see if they serviced the Lake Wildwood area, and answered yes, she walked the property and we had a bid from her within 8 hours of our initial phone call. They not only were VERY fair in their price, but were available within the following 2 weeks. Brandon and his crew showed up by 7:30 everyday and worked in the scorching heat until about 4:30 until the job was done. We then had a roof & gutters put on. A few parts on the eves had to be replaced as well as two roof vents. Teri was able to get Brandon back out to get those items painted for us. I can't say enough about their professionalism, communication and quality of work. I would highly recommend them!

We live in plumas lake and used silver cloud painting for the interior walls of our home and they did phenomenal work. We got quoted on a Monday and they were able to start painting on the Wednesday! They were done by Thursday afternoon! Their quote process was easy, quick, and detailed. Their painting team has an incredible eye for detail and were prompt and on time with great communication both days. We would recommend them to anyone!
