Working with M&S Roofing Company was a delight for my roof replacement and repair work that I didn't even know was needed. They were responsive, quick in obtaining the required county permit, timely in starting the job and finished it on schedule. As they pulled up the old shingles, they found prior damage from a leak the previous owner had repaired. They sent me pictures of the issue and corrected it during the roofing process. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

Mario honored his estimate despite the project taking longer due to the removal of cement fiber tiles. His crew stuck with it, replacing damaged sheathing, sealing exhaust fans in a foam encapsulated attic, securing chimney caps, and finishing by cleaning up thoroughly including the gutters.
