Mostly, you don’t really know what to expect hiring a new vendor, but starting with Costco as a reference, your chances go up from the start. We did that and we got ARJAY’S Window Fashions. They took the bull by the horns and made this experience very easy. A REP came over with samples and pictures. He listened to our desire for replacement blinds (and they have every type of window covering available) and didn’t try to sway us. We picked out a style and color that wanted and the order was placed. Shortly after, a technician came over to obtain exact measurements. These blinds are hand made and we didn’t mind the waiting period …. Because when the installer came over a few weeks later, the finished product was/is beautiful. His name is Marco M. And he is an expert. Yes, one person can put up blinds even if the window is 8ft wide. Marco is an exceptional human. He also commented along the way to ensure we understood what he was doing and how the blinds work. We are VERY satisfied with this company and their products. Peter
