They didn't want to drive over my side yard, but I told them not to worry, rather then them carry the materials. All worked well. Will buy fencing next.

The customer service was very good whomever I spoke with they tried to solve my problem. They just started with synchrony financing. We had trouble initially but eventually everything got settled. This is a great company that puts customer service as a priority. The materials are excellent and look great especially my gates!

I love the fact that railings have aluminum reinforcement on both top and bottom rails for such a low price. I did extensive research, the ones that big box stores carry do not have this + ones from other smaller stores that have aluminum are very expensive.
It looks great as well.
I have contacted them thro’ phone, email, FB and visited the store @ Williamstown - very helpful staff (I believe I spoke to Joana from front desk and went with the contractor she recommended - he was good) and staff is prompt and helpful in responding to queries via email.
Overall a great experience!
