Mark helped our family member with a fair price and fast installation of a hot water heater. Appreciate his attention to detail and patience.

I called Novy plumbing because I had Mr. Rooter out who told me I needed a new sewer line in my house and wanted to charge $6,000 for the work. I wanted a second opinion and Mark came out and found the problem and fixed it! And, it wasn’t a new sewer line. I had massive tree roots! He cleared the roots and got us up and running again. He is definitely very knowledgeable and customer service was excellent. Very friendly. We are so appreciative that he saved us a large amount of money ❤️

I would highly recommend to anyone in need of plumbing services! The customer service was top notch and the price is unbeatable. Plus, I learned a lot about what I need to know as a homeowner. They truly went above and beyond.

I just want to say how thankful my wife and I are for Mark at Novy Plumbing. He came through for my wife and me right before our vacation. We were in a bit of a bind, and I really needed to take a shower before our early morning flight—Our water Heater was out... he made it working again! Professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Can’t recommend him enough. Thanks again, Mark!

Our water heater went out and I tried to switch it myself with no luck on a Saturday. Tried calling a competitor but they wouldn’t be able to come until next Wednesday. So I gave Novy Plumbing a call and he was here in about an hour. He doesn’t charge extra for working on a Saturday and did an excellent job. His prices are quite fair and he has over 30 years of experience. Thank you!
