I had no hot water for 1 whole week as my boiler had a e1 33 error on it. Tried troubleshooting just didn’t work. Finally asked Calvin to send a few quotes for a replacement boiler, as my current one was 17 years old! It’s probably better to replace rather than repair. He was very quick to respond and I accepted a quote, paid the deposit and the job booked in.On the day of the job- went very smoothly and now I have a brand new boiler and hot water. Can finally have a hot shower 😂. Have used Calvin before for all my plumbing issues and he’s always been very professional and will be using him again for any future issues. Would definitely recommend his services 🙂

Within half an hour, the engineer was at my property assessing the work required, and the very next day he returned to carry out the installation.He worked tirelessly alongside Dan to get everything completed properly and safely. Their professionalism, dedication, and work ethic were outstanding.
