I recently bought a Riese & Müller Multitinker from GreenAir in Sandyford and had a fantastic experience from start to finish.Jack looked after everything and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He took the time to walk me through the different options, answered all my questions, and made sure the bike was set up perfectly before I left. The whole experience felt relaxed and professional with zero pressure. We’ve even got to do some long test rides which helped us choose the right bike.The Multitinker itself is an amazing bike — extremely well built, powerful, and perfect for everyday use. We use it every day to bring our two kids to crèche, and it has genuinely transformed the school run. It saves us so much time because we’re not stuck in traffic or trying to find parking for the car. The kids love it too.What really stood out though was the level of service. Jack and the team clearly know their bikes and genuinely care about making sure customers get the right setup. It’s rare to find that level of knowledge and attention to detail.I’d highly recommend GreenAir to anyone considering an e-bike, especially if you’re looking at Riese & Müller. Brilliant bike, brilliant service, and a great buying experience.

I purchased a bike at Greenaer a number of years ago and any time I had an issue Greenaer provided friendly and efficient service. There is a lot to be said for good aftercare. They have a great range of ebikes, would recommend.

Great aftercare support from Cyrus and team who helped address an issue with my Reisse and Muller cargo bike free of charge and the next day. This kind of aftercare goes a long way and is reassuring for any future customer who maybe considering an ebike. Buying a cargo bike is a big investment, so I'm thankful they know when to charge/not charge. Thanks Cyrus

Came to them on Friday evening with a flat tyre and no way to get home. They pumped the tyre and added a healing compound. It took 5 min and they did it for FREE! Legends, thank you!
