Everyone is very kind and thankfully very helpful with any questions I had. The store had a very large variety of glasses to select from. They sometimes close earlier than 6pm :/

I went to Vision Unlimited Doral given that I was long overdue on my glasses. From the second I walked in I was treated with respect and patience. The staff, both inside and outside the room, was super nice and knew how to make you feel comfortable and answer any questions you might have. They have a really broad selection of frames—which made it pretty difficult to choose only one lol. I know where I’ll be going next year!

I had a great experience at the Vision Unlimited Doral location. The staff was very welcoming, professional, and helpful from the moment I walked in. Everyone made the process feel easy and comfortable, and they took the time to answer questions without making anything feel rushed. The office was clean, organized, and had a really nice atmosphere. I definitely appreciate the customer service and would recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly optical office.

My real name is Richard Arnaldo and both my wife and I are clients of the Kendall and 138th Street store. We have been well treated there and have received very friendly and professional help. Grethel was specially helpful and a delight to deal with. Keep up the good work!
