Although I was able to have me visit, I'm still rather displeased how their system stated that my appointment was 'rescheduled and then canceled'.I made no rescheduling nor cancelation at all, it maybe possible someone else made that and then mistook that person for me. I would've at least receive an email or message about a rescheduled and/or canceled appointment, but received neither of them. According to the front desk, I didn't receive neither of the messages because I wasn't in their schedule and it was all been done over a phone call, but I did not call them at all.Again, even though they were able to add me today for my appointment, I'm still rather distraught that I was never notified about a rescheduled nor canceled appointment until at the last minute. I should at least receive an email or message about it, regardless whether or not I'm on their schedule. I do hope for my next six-month appointment, this never happens again.
