We recently visited Orbital Trampoline Park for my brother’s birthday, and he came along with his friends. We had such a great time, and a big part of that was thanks to a lovely lady wearing a hijab who was working there. She was incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. She made everyone feel welcome, was always happy to help, and her positive attitude really stood out. She was very friendly with the children and her enthusiasm didn’t go unnoticed.She genuinely helped make the birthday experience even more special for my brother and his friends, and her kindness did not go unnoticed. Excellent customer service and a real credit to the team. Thank you for helping make the day so enjoyable Oyla !!!

I booked a party for my son who turned 10. There were some horrible kids which started an argument with the party straight away which continued throughout the whole time. Our party host was absolutely amazing. She done her best to stop the situation and recieved abuse herself from these horrid kids. If it wasn't for her a bad situation could of been alot worse. She is a real credit to orbital

Our party of 5 (3 adults and 2 children) had an hour session today. I felt like it was good value for money, and the staff were all exceptionally good. I cannot be more impressed with the young men and women we interacted with today. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and on task. Top marks!
