Jody waited on me and she was the kindest customer service. It was my first time there because I was referred by my dear friend Mary Lou Menendez who use to work there. Thank you Jody for great service. Your boss should be very proud of you.

LaFrance Cleaners in Boardman is a top-quality drycleaners. I don't often use a drycleaners because I prefer wash and wear. However, when I have a wool coat or sweater to be cleaned or a fancy dress, I use LaFrance. The items always come back to me well-cleaned and hung and neatly pressed. They have never lost anything and the items are always ready for pickup in a timely fashion. Also, if they don't feel your item is in good enough condition to go through the cleaning process, they will not accept it, and I respect them for that. on a scale of 1 to 5 stars, I rate them a 5.
