On Friday at Temple Terrace location First time customer had a bad visit. Wait for a total 3 hours at the dentist chair. The wait start after the x-rays the lady came back she said she was on a personal call with the mover. Got home noticed my tooth is bleeding. Call the office she said it’s normal. Later the numbness went away and my teeth started to hurt late in the evening. Right cheek was swollen. Monday morning the swollen went down but a little pain when I bit on my food.I choose this place because it very Close to home Now I won’t go back. This is the worse experience.

What a wonderful experience. When most people dread attending the dentist SolSmile alleviates that feeling. The welcoming staff and warm atmosphere make it a pleasure to be there. Liz greets you warmly at the door to be checked in. Bee and Andrea’s beautiful budding personalities make you feel welcomed and comfortable in the dental chair as they prep you for Dr.A. I even arrived a little late for my appointment and at no moment did I feel rushed, especially being the last patient for the day . Every member of the team especially Dr.A took their time with me. Answered my questions in detail and even had time to shoot the breeze with me for a bit. A beautifully curated and knowledgeable staff and welcoming atmosphere, Hands down this is the only place i will be tending to for my orthodontic needs. In a world when so many of us have forgotten human decency and manners, it truly is a treasure to be seen not just as a patient, but a person. Impeccable customer service.

The people were very nice and professional, and they did such a good job that I had no pain after getting 4 teeth pulled plus fillings. The only thing is, even with insurance its still very expensive, but that's everywhere in the U.S. Dental work is 50 to 80 percent cheaper in other nations so it is what it is.

Just had another great experience at SolSmile Lounge. The environment is extremely tranquil and calming for a dentist office and I always leave feeling well cared for and relaxed. The staff is amazing too- always helpful and very kind. Makes you not mind “having” to go to get your teeth cleaned.

I can't even explain how happy I am with my results! 😁😁 The moment I walked in, I didn't feel like I was judged by the way my teeth were in the beginning...sooo backstory, I broke my teeth 10 years ago and even since then, they were just decaying and breaking more and more. I've been to so many dentist offices and was left with the same consultations .... $20,000 of dental work.. and obviously I don't have that kind of money just lying around. I thought I was never going to be able to get my teeth fixed.. I thought I was going to always have to cover my mouth when I smiled or laughed.. AND THEN SolSmile Lounge came into my life and changed it!! Literally!!! They gave me a payment plan, and only 2 payments of $1500, so $700 on my first visit, I received my Root canals and my crowns. They gave me "temporary teeth". Which looked very normal too. Second visit, 2 weeks later, only another $700, I received my permanent teeth!! And I could have never been more happy with them😁😁😁! 10 years later.... I felt beautiful for once!!! Thank you SolSmile Lounge for giving me my smile back! 🩷
