Very quick response time when a neighbor's tree fell and knocked out the power to our office. Very impressed with the clean up. Arbor city will be our go-to for tree removal!

Very punctual the morning of the job. Had two large Maple sprouts to trim back and the quote was very reasonable. The guys were in and out in <2hrs and cleaned the area spotless! I like to keep as much work as possible with local businesses and Arbor City is local here in Vancouver. Will definitely call Arbor City for any and all tree work in the future! 👍

Travis' crew did a great job, they worked hard, were responsive to requests and very respectful, and cleaned up when they were done. Both Travis and members of his crew displayed advanced knowledge of the plants and trees in our yard, and were able to give advice and make suggestions to best serve our landscape.

The crew was fast and it looks great. I was pleased that they were open to improving a couple items I noticed without making me feel like I was being picky

Thess guys did such a fantastic job. I called and asked for last minute help as a surprise for my wife. They came same day and took out three trees, cleaned up the area, and had it looking so clean and tidy my wife almost didnt notice the trees were gone! Lol.Highly recommend this company. Great team. Tree work is just what I asked for and the cleanup is thorough. Arbor does all my tree work and has the past couple years.

Arbor City Tree Care estimate was lower than competitors. They punctual and informative of arrival time. They brought the proper equipment and worked safely and efficiently. Travis was very knowledgeable and experienced with the task at hand. All workers were conscious of property damages and took precautions. I would highly recommend them and I would welcome them back in the future.

I can’t say enough great things about Arbor City Tree Care. When a tree fell on our house during a winter storm, Travis and the team came out the very same day, tarped off our home, and even brought sandbags to keep us protected. The next day they had a crane out to lift the tree off the house—truly going above and beyond.They just finished some tree trimming for us as well, and once again Travis and his team did a fantastic job. Fantastic to communicate with, the prices are the best around, and they really pulled a miracle to get the snapped limbs down safely and quickly. We had a large locust tree in our backyard where half fell into our neighbors yard but the rest stayed standing. Nervous the rest might fall over on our other neighbor, Arbor City came to the rescue. We had Travis and his team come out when we first moved in about a year and a half ago. Just had him back today to take out another giant tree. They do good work, but I especially like how Travis will explain his recommendations for tree care and point out potential issues that I hadn't noticed. He's not pushy trying to sell me on anything I don't need, very accommodating to our specific requests, and his prices are totally reasonable. He strikes me as a very honest guy. I don't imagine we'd shop around for anyone else. He'll be our go-to tree guy for as long as he's still doing it.

They were on time, incredibly professional and had a great attitude and knowledge about what they were doing. We had two 80+ ft fir trees within 10 ft of our house. They took both down very safely and quickly. They cleaned up along the way and were very reasonably priced. Would absolutely use them again

A large branch from our tree broke off during high winds and landed in our neighbor’s backyard, so we needed a reliable expert to assess the situation. Travis answered all of our questions, explained the cause (bark inclusion!!) in detail, and walked us through a clear plan of action. Amber quickly followed up for scheduling.On the day of the work, Travis and his team were fast, professional, and considerate of both our property and our neighbor’s. It was impressive, but honestly not surprising—our good neighbors had highly recommended him. And now, we can confidently say we do too.
