We had Travis and his team come out when we first moved in about a year and a half ago. Just had him back today to take out another giant tree. They do good work, but I especially like how Travis will explain his recommendations for tree care and point out potential issues that I hadn't noticed. He's not pushy trying to sell me on anything I don't need, very accommodating to our specific requests, and his prices are totally reasonable. He strikes me as a very honest guy. I don't imagine we'd shop around for anyone else. He'll be our go-to tree guy for as long as he's still doing it. Less

Arbor city tree care came out to work on two of the trees in our sidewalk strip. One of them had to be crowned and I was afraid that it would look really weird when they got done. Quite the opposite. Travis and his team just removed a large branch from a 120 ft. Douglas Fir that was hanging right over our shed, about 50 ft. from the top of the shed and was shaped like a Spear. Had some medium-level branch trimming needed doing in my yard, and came upon Arbor City Tree Care via a google review search. The initial walkthrough and estimation process was excellent; Travis took multiple pictures of the various branches that needed removing, and the estimate document mailed to me had the pictures with drawn lines indicating where cuts were needed. Their team arrived half an hour early and got the job done within hours; a mobile woodchipper trailer was used to dispose of the cut branches. A nice final touch was where a gent got on my roof and used a leaf blower to blow any debris that may have been been created in the trimming process. Travis and his fellow co-workers were totally professional, polite, and know their stuff. 5/5 stars, definitely recommended and will call them in the future when the need arises. Less

The second time he came out because we had an alder that cracked in a wind storm. He was able to trim it so it wouldn't break off in another wind storm. A week after they provided the work, a strong wind storm moved through and split a 60' tree in half (not one that was addressed while they were here, as it had no signs of failing and we wanted to keep it) and fell blocking the road to our house. I called Arbor and they came out immediately to take care of the work. They had the road opened, fell the rest of the tree that was left standing and cleaned up the debris in a matter of hours.
