‘The communication was very good and the tickets and information pack arrived on the designated day and within the time frame specified. The information pack included everything we needed to know about our day, including our car park ticket , directions on how to get to the venue, dress code , itinerary for the day as well as our tickets and badges . We went into the Queen Anne enclosure to be greeted by 3 musicians playing banjo , trumpet and horn on a beautiful sunny day it added to the lovely atmosphere. Our dinning room was beautifully decorated and our Head Waiter Louis came to our table to introduce himself to us with a welcome glass of bubbles , chapel down one of my favourite sparkling wines. On the table was a large ice bucket, with beers , soft drinks , rose and white wines and red wine on the table. It was time for lunch to be served , our starter of asparagus was delicious and refreshing. The main course of chicken was really succulent served with a jus and fondant potato followed by dessert which was so good, a dark creamy chocolate tart with raspberries. As someone who doesn’t usually eat desserts I can honestly say I enjoyed every delicious morsel. It was then time for the racing to commence, we studied our race card, I choose my horse in a very scientific way … depending if I liked the name ! I placed my bet with a lady who came around the table or you could place your bet at one the several desks around the room. We then wondered down to the paddock and watched them being walked around before we moved over to the track to watch the King & Queen arrive and the start of the race. After lots of excitement and sadly not a win we went back to our room to drink a refreshing gin & tonic. On the table was an individual little top hat which contained two truffles it was so pretty I didn’t want to open it. I wanted it as a souvenir of our day . Just when you thought you couldn’t eat any more it was time for afternoon tea a selection of sandwiches, cake and scones with clotted cream and jam ,it was too good not to eat , delicious . Before we knew it our day had come to an end. There is something about Ascot with an hospitality experience. it was a beautiful sunny day, everyone was dressed up , there were some beautiful dresses and show stopper hats, we were very well looked after and catered for , delicious food and drinks throughout the day. Great attention to detail made our day flow seamlessly, we were left with fond memories and great photos Thank you to Core events for making it a very special experience’.

We have used Core Events for many experiences and have just returned from the Northern Lights Experience coupled with staying at the Ice Hotel in Northern Sweden. This was a superbly organised trip with 'bucket list' activities included. I would recommend joining the band of their satisfied customers.

Where to start, we were sold a package for the Ryder Cup with full hospitality based on itinerary sent. Core Events changed the itinerary without mentioning it and hospitality was removed with no reduction in price. Spent three nights sharing a hotel room and four entrance tickets to the venue £7800 each with no flights. Total rip off and no Core Event representative at hotel throughout. Will never use this organisation again. Look out for more bad reviews as a lot disgruntled ex Core Event punters with worse experiences than ours at Ryder Cup. Steer clear!!

We booked VIP tickets for a corporate event at Wembley (Oasis tickets) paying £12,000 upfront. A week before the concert, we were suddenly told that due to a so-called “system glitch” our tickets were no longer available. No proper explanation, no accountability. When we asked about a refund, we were promised it would be “imminent.” In reality, it took more than 4 weeks, countless emails, and endless phone calls before we finally got our money back. During this entire ordeal, there was no apology, no communication from management, and no sense of responsibility whatsoever. This company left us in an impossible position: clients expecting tickets, accommodation already booked, and nothing delivered. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. I will never book with them again, and I would strongly advise others to avoid them at all costs.

Fabulous day at the Oval. England batted all day scoring 389 (I think). The Ashes suite was easily found, great seats, fabulous breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, complete with quality wines and a bar open all day. Started at 9-30am and All Out for 6-30pm

One of the best Hospitality events I have ever been on. From the very start to the end a true once in I lifetime experience. The food the staff the singers and of course the concert goers. I would strongly recommend this event even if you are not a festival person, it was our first time to a festival and now will not be the last.

Core Events organised our Glastonbury Hospitality experience and they were amazing! Everything was planned and prepared for us, we didn’t need to think of anything. We had great communication and even got special gifts left at our accommodation. The hospitality package gave us VIP access to the interstage areas where we had access to exclusive bars, food area and lovely toilets! I will 100% use Core Events again for our visit next year! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A great, well organised event. Our team of 14 had a great day at Goodwood Races. The Core events team were on hand for anything we needed. Would book with them again in the future. Also made better by the fact I had a call a few days later to say I had won the competition I entered on the day.
