Mental Health and fitness go hand in hand, so I was thrilled to have Jeff do a special event for the clients at Avenue X Fitness. Everything he covered was practical, helpful, and something everyone could implement right away. Jeff cares about seeing people at their best and he provided great tips to help everyone through the holiday season and the stress of Winter. It was a great evening. Thanks for everything, Jeff!
