I have been booked to another dental clinic, but they just did an X-ray and did nothing, even though I told them that I was in pain. They just asked me to book for another appointment.Good thing I found Oradent and called them on the weekend. When I told the receptionist named Eloisa that I was in pain, she immediately booked me for an early appointment. Thank you so much Eloisa. I visited this dental practice in an emergency and at the weekend. I was received with helpful kindness by the receptionist and given a consultation with Dr Hamid Mehdi that morning. Dr Mehdi was very thorough efficient and gentle and his care was exemplary. I had to have a tooth extracted, a procedure he carried out quickly without causing me pain or anxiety. I had an outstanding experience today. After a previous bad experience elsewhere, I was feeling very nervous about my appointment, but Waheed and the nurse immediately put me at ease.They were both incredibly attentive, patient, and gentle throughout the treatment, taking the time to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way.
