I broke my back tooth over the weekend and was worried I would have to wait days when phoning on the Monday. But no I got an appointment in hours and the reception was very nice. Jincy has put my trust back into dentists as she filled and repaired my tooth without the need for an injection which I try to avoid due to heart condition. She was so gentle and quick. Even did a checkup saving me coming back next month. So glad I’m now with Oradent.

1st visit today. All the staff were polite and helpful. Dentist clearly explained about my dental care and was very helpful about any ongoing future treatment. So pleased no treatment required 😀

I have, shamefully, not been to the dentist since before Covid. I had an awful experience at previous dentist and excuse the bluntness by they hurt me and they were so uncaring and abrupt. I bit the bullet and signed up to Oradent in New Romney, after my appointment with Jincy I sat in the car and cried. Happy tears this time! She took care of me. Eased my fears and spoke through all she did. Most importantly, confirmed I had good teeth!! The receptionist Laura is wonderfully kind and helpful as well. Thank you for having me and I am signing up my 3 daughters to your practise as we speak xx
