I have, shamefully, not been to the dentist since before Covid. I had an awful experience at previous dentist and excuse the bluntness by they hurt me and they were so uncaring and abrupt. I bit the bullet and signed up to Oradent in New Romney, after my appointment with Jincy I sat in the car and cried. Happy tears this time! She took care of me. Eased my fears and spoke through all she did. Most importantly, confirmed I had good teeth!! The receptionist Laura is wonderfully kind and helpful as well. Thank you for having me and I am signing up my 3 daughters to your practise as we speak xx
