I’ve been coming to this surgery for many years and have always been very happy with my Dentist and the staff. I’ve been seeing Dr Hall since last month and she has been absolutely brilliant. She is professional, caring, and really good at what she does. Staff are friendly and helpful. Dentist gives useful advice.I'm afraid that if you have a busy schedule, clear an hour for a simple check up.I can't remember the last time despite arriving 10 mins early I tend not to be invited in until 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. I understand that this can happen, but it costs nothing to apologise for lateness. I would apologise if I arrived late for my appointment.
