The best dentist I have ever been to. Raluca is so so good. Very friendly and same goes for all the reception staff. B4 I became a patient here whenever I needed any dental treatment I’d have to get sedated. Not anymore. Raluca is so careful about pain and anxiety. Great place i highly recommend

Wednesday 29th July 2026Today I had my six monthly check up. I continue to be impressed by the customer care you receive from all members of the team.Once I saw Victoria, I received the first class treatment which I have received each time. As I entered through the main entrance, I was greeted by a smiley face who made me feel at ease. I was checked in promptly and made my way to the waiting room. Very shortly after, the dental nurse came and escorted me to the treatment room. On entering, I was greeted by a familiar face- Victoria. She put me at ease and asked me about my family and myself.The check up began and was very thorough. I continue to be impressed with how Victoria makes you feel at ease and I would say comfortable. The minute we walked through the door, we were greeted with a warm smile and the receptionist knew who we were. Having only just taken our seats we were collected by Scarlett (the dental nurse)Victoria was her usual cheerful self and took the time to ask about our welfare, remembering that I had had a tooth extraction. Victoria is very knowledgeable and supportive . I had the unfortunate occurrence where I had severe tooth ache. I phoned the practice on Friday and I was offered an appointment today. I was seen and treated by Victoria and her dental nurse Katie. Both provide excellent and reassuring care. As I said in my last review these two members of staff go out of their way. What makes them even more amazing and special is that they have a genuine interest in all members of the family.Further to these members of staff, I cannot praise the reception staff that are welcoming and helpful.
