A welcoming atmosphere projected by the receptionist. A very pleasant and empathetic female dentist who explained everything in detail. The nurse was very efficient. I had another visit today and again the receptionist was welcoming and has a beaming smile. Gurpreet my dentist greeted me warmly and spared the time for a quick chat about my recent holiday. She always takes time to telle what she is doing and why. Always a very pleasant experience.

So grateful to Prab for all the work he has undertaken to get my dental implant completed. It needed to be spot on, being a front tooth and he has achieved this. He has been very patient with me and achieved exactly what I hoped for. It's really nice to smile fully again. I had forgotten that I have a big smile. It's great to no longer have pain in that area too. All objectives I had were achieved. Top class practice.

I had an emergency dental appointment following an accident which had resulted in me breaking half of my tooth.I quite expected to be told that the remaining part would be extracted but no my dentist decided to carry out an intricate feat of engineering by rebuilding the tooth which closely matched it's neighbour.Truly impressive and much to my delight

Having not been to a dentist since my early 20s ( im now 57) due to a horrendous wisdom teeth extractions and subsequent infections and complications, my teeth had taken a battering.After mustering the courage, I was reccomended BDP for treatment by my daughter.They were extremely understanding, and did their utmost to put me at ease.I had invisalign treatment along with an extraction treatment. Although not cheap, you pay for a 5 star result and treatment.My dentist and his assistant were great fun and we had a few jokes and conversations at each treatment.From someone who had a real phobia, to someone who actually looks forward to the results must count for something.I highly recommend this extremely professional and welcoming practice.

Saw the hygienist today. He and his colleague were outstanding. Calm, clear, very funny (which helped me relax), listened and responded to my needs and concerns.

Overall experience from booking my appointment to my check up was excellent.Additionally, Prab has a fantastic approach to client care, is extremely professional in his manner and is by far the best dentist I’ve interacted with in my 65 yrs on the planet.Well done Prab !!
