Inspected my house in November, within six months of living there we needed a new roof. All he said about the roof was it had 35 ur shingles and they were 20 years old. Flashing was also backwards around chimney and caused water to leak in winter around it. Our windows are also needing replaced. They had icicles on the inside in the winter and all this cold air was coming in. Nothing mentioned about the windows except that they needed bearings replaced on some. We contacted them to complain, and basically they did nothing told us it was "an opinion". I wouldn't call them to inspect anything very unsatisfied. This is third house we have purchased and we never had issues like this in the first year. I don't think they know what they are doing.
