Our family contracted with Home Care Angels to provide private caregivers for my dad starting April 2023 and they have been fabulous. Theyhave been so helpful and worked to create relationships with my parents during this time in their lives that they need more support to retain their dignity, take care of their daily routines & be safe. I just cannot say enough good things about the caregivers and the support from the owner and administrator of this company. I am a palliative care, nursing home & hospice doctor so I have seen so many facilities and home settings and met so many caregivers over many years. Working for homecare angels does everything as it says on the tin. Everything and more. Willing to go above and beyond for the client and staff. Also thought the grass was greener on the other side, but really it wasn't. Out of all the company's I have worked for Homecare angels are the best company to work for. Now I would recommend this company to any new carers or people with non experience to work for this company. Ran brilliantly with good supportive management and carers that actual care. Training provided is 100 per cent fantastic. Pros: Good management, great rates of pay, always thinking of the clients. Cons: Long hours.

I would get him out of bed, cook him breakfast, help /w toileting throughout the day, clean his house, help take care of his animal, and keep him well groomed throughout the day. Never get to close to a patient because you can get very upset when they pass away. My co-workers were great, they came on time all the time and never needed to call off. The hardest part of this job was when the man I was taking care of passed away, we had a close friendship. The most enjoyable thing about this job was I picked my own hours, I had an oppurtunity to help a very great man, and we had fun. I love working w/ people. Pros: my own hours, good pay, good time, and best person to work with. Cons: no break, sadness when he passed away.
