This was almost magic. Top-notch customer service.I've been shopping for parts to fix part of the HVAC system in our new house for several days. We've got a return air plenum that never fit the blower properly and needs to be replaced. I wasn't able to find a local vendor in the DC area with the right part, and Duct2Go had exactly what we need. The problem was that their website initially told me a $60 part was going to take over $400 to ship. I just can't justify that.Then I get home from work this evening and find a couple emails in my inbox. Duct2Go had proactively reviewed my order this afternoon, figured out the shipping didn't make sense, and made a new and completely reasonable offer. Who does that these days? With so many companies replacing their customer service folks with AI, I was kinda thrilled to see a real human reach out to just solve the problem like this. 5 stars well earned.
