I called the Blind Biz after being stunned by the pricing quote I received from a different custom window treatment provider. A friend in my neighborhood recommended the Blind Biz. Initially, Rich helped me with several simple privacy blinds and I looked through samples for the bamboo shades I had in mind for my family room. The privacy blinds arrived in just two weeks and the price for all 3 was less than one of the privacy blinds was going to cost in my first quote. The whole experience was perfect, so I decided to order nice bamboo shades for my family room through them too. These took a while longer but they're beautiful and fit perfectly. Great experience! Highly recommend this company. We had 14 cellular and 3 faux wood blinds installed this month. Rick was professional, explained everything we inquired about and was pleasant to work with. He threw in non corded and top down bottom up requests for free. My husband was AMAZED at the ease of the installation and called me at work to tell me how they were in and out with our old blinds etc. in less than an hour.
