I called the Blind Biz after being stunned by the pricing quote I received from a different custom window treatment provider. A friend in my neighborhood recommended the Blind Biz. Initially, Rich helped me with several simple privacy blinds and I looked through samples for the bamboo shades I had in mind for my family room. The privacy blinds arrived in just two weeks and the price for all 3 was less than one of the privacy blinds was going to cost in my first quote. The whole experience was perfect, so I decided to order nice bamboo shades for my family room through them too. These took a while longer but they're beautiful and fit perfectly. I took forever to decide on the color and Rich let me keep the samples as long as I needed and was never pushy about the process. Highly recommend!!

So happy with my new window coverings . I called because of all the amazing reviews and they are true . Rich is honest , prompt and trust worthy . We originally only did our first floor because I was nervous . As soon as he put the first blind up I instantly regretted not ordering the whole home and did so immediately! The quality is really nice as well for his competitive prices. Don’t call anyone else but Rich !
