We have lived in our home for 23 years & gone through 2 dryers. I figured we were overdue to get our dryer vents cleaned professionally.I contacted Dryer Vent Superheroes in Utah and booked an appointment. Apollo was right on time. Our dryer vent is on the main floor and is literally beside our outside wall so it’s not a long way for anything to get stuck or clogged. However, there was some buildup, even though I regularly clean it. I’m including my before & after picture.I felt the price was reasonable and appreciate that they clearly post their prices on their website. Thank you!

Great customer service! It was very easy to schedule an appointment, and Apolo showed up earlier than expected, which was nice for me to get the job done on a Friday night. He showed the before and after photos and explained where my dryer vents were located in my apartment complex. I had never cleaned my dryer vents after living in my home for many years. He was very friendly and helpful, answered all my questions. Would definitely use this company again!

Today Apollo rescued us!We had a different company come out last week on Friday to do a routine dryer vent cleaning and during that the dryer duct had become separated inside the finished wall. The other company didn't tell us about the issue and I discovered it by humidity and no air coming out of the vent. The other company has been mostly unresponsive and their actions have shown they we not willing to help resolve this and they said they are not able to repair it.After some research on Google I came across Dryer Vent Superheroes of Salt Lake City and in my opinion their name is a perfect fit for the service they provided! They are super heros in my opinion, they helped us out of a very hard situation we had been left in.Apollo was absolutely the kindest most knowledgeable person and showed me what what going on with the vent duct in the wall. He had a camera that he was able to feed through the vent duct and was able to pinpoint the disconnect. The only way to reach the disconnect was to cut a hole in the ceiling in our basement and he cut the hole in the exact right spot with the cleanest lines and was very careful with the drywall piece and it will fit back in perfectly making the hole able to be repaired very easily. He was able to repair the disconnect in the dryer duct and sured it up so it was very snug. He also confirmed that there were no other leaks and checked the airflow and everything is now functioning perfectly.I'm very appreciative, Brandon came out also and they were both very supportive and professional. I would highly recommend them and will be contacting them anytime we need our ducts cleaned or worked on.Thank you for coming out and fixing the mess we had been left with from the other company and making our dryer vent duct safe and usable again.
