Thanks to Phil our baby grand is in tune and the voice is so much better than before. Where there were some tinny notes, they are now all equally mellow and beautiful. There was a noise and gap in the sustain pedal that Phil fixed which required a 3/8” thick leather pad in our vintage piano. Phil had the unusual pad and now it works perfectly. He was on time, courteous and exact with repairs. We will be calling on him again.

My old piano was flat and hadn't been tuned in years. Phil did a very thorough job on all the parts. My piano sounds wonderful and he even fixed my lid. He was also really good with my dog 🙂
