At 10 years old, how would I know what to expect from a baby grand Kawai? Phil is the first who cared enough to do the job right. Now the keys work the way they are supposed to.

philip has been taking care of the 9' steinway piano, that lives at kingsbury hall since 1930, for the last 25 years or so. he just re-voiced it for us last week. it sounds amazing in our theatre! philip's knowledge, skill, & eye for detail is what makes him an amazing technician. & he always makes time for us whenever we need him. if it's a quick re-tune before a show, or if it's tuning multiple pianos in one day, he is always dependable.

Phil is excellent at piano tuning and repairs. He’s skilled and knowledgeable, and detail oriented. He makes sure everything is just right before he leaves. Fair prices for a quality job. I’ve been happy with his work for years!
