Called USA Health Plans based on a referral from a friend. I was paired with Jose Martinez for a telephone appointment. He called promptly on time and listened to my needs before exploring options. By the end of the call he has given me me 2 plans which he explained thoroughly and emailed after the call for my review. My husband and I scheduled a follow up call with him and again- he listened and answered all questions. If he didn’t know the answer, he found it without giving us an assumption. By the end of the day, Jose and his Enrollment Specialist, Alyssa Metcalfe, had us in touch with Georgia Access and enrolled in a new health insurance plan! Service is impeccable! Thank you!
