Richard was extremely responsive from the very first email. I barely hit the send button and he was calling me!We arranged a date to install my garbage disposal. He showed up on time. Installed the disposal. Was efficient, cleaned up and took away the old disposal. He is courteous and knows his business. I definitely recommend Rich. I had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday and really needed help fast. Rich picked up right away and was at my place within two hours even though I live an hour away from him. He was super upfront about his pricing from the start and he stayed transparent the whole time. He really came through when I needed it the most, and I’m grateful for how quickly and professionally he handled everything.

Rich did a great job on our hot water heater. He was efficient and very professional. His prices were more reasonable than at least 6 other plumbing companies in the area.He answered our call on the weekend and came out on a Sunday to give us a free estimate. And the work was completed on Monday morning, which is the earliest he could get the parts we needed for the job.We would highly recommend using Rich for all your plumbing needs.
