Through La'Tosha's excellent recommendation, Aya started providing part-time care for my husband in December 2025. Since then, my husband has experienced a few hospitalizations and a one-month stay at a rehabilitation center. Aya has been incredibly accommodating with every schedule and location change. She also collaborated with nurses in the hospital or staff in the rehab center whenever needed. Aya is attentive, compassionate, patient, professional, and possesses outstanding communication skills. In addition to assisting with daily personal care and hygiene, she is a wonderful companion. She proactively finds topics of interest to my husband online or on TV to engage him in meaningful discussions, which has had a positive influence on his emotional and mental well-being. Furthermore, Aya is highly observant and always alerts me to any potential health or comfort issues that need attention. We are incredibly grateful to Synergy HomeCare of Santa Monica for providing us with such an exceptional caregiver, and to La'Tosha for her continuous, dependable administrative support.

Latosha has been my primary care provider since November 2025. I had a blackout vertigo attack that resulted in a shattered hip, concussion and hematoma, requiring severalmonths recovery at home.During this time and still ongoing, she has provided fantastic carers who all showed up on time, providing hands on assistance and running errands as needed for food shopping and medication pick up etc and taking me to doc appts.The quality of care is exceptional and my changing needs in recovery were always met. Every aide was kind, helpful, hands on as needed and proactive handling any issues. Almost 9 months later I am still using using her services to meet my occasional needs.Exceptional and highly recommend!!!My family was thrilled to not have the daily hands on burden and to know that I was always well cared for which is a huge plus!

Exceptional! I recently switched from another home care company, and I was nervous about how the transition would go. To my surprise, everything went so smoothly that I never missed any of my care.One thing I really appreciate is having a backup caregiver already in place. If my regular caregiver ever has an emergency or can’t make it, I’m not the one making calls or trying to figure out who is going to help me. There is a certain thoughtfulness about the way they do things that is difficult to put into words.The ladies who come to my home have been wonderful company and such a pleasure to have around. They notice things without me having to ask, they give me my space when I want it, and somehow they always know when I could use a little extra help. We talk, we laugh, and my days simply feel nicer when they are here.The office has also been wonderful to deal with. When I call, I recognize the people I’m speaking with, and I never feel rushed off the phone. That means a great deal to me.I was hesitant about having someone come into my home at first, but now I can’t imagine not having them. Caregivers would constantly call out or not show up, and it became very stressful because I never knew if I would have the help I needed.
