We live in the same town. Haven's owner made an appointment with us for an estimate. We took off work to meet him. We waited 40 minutes after the appointment. He never showed. Didn't even call or text. Can't believe he blew off a local like that. Would give him zero stars of I could. Thanks for nothing!

I had 3 different roofing companies come and assess the ice dam issue with roof which caused water damage inside my house. Pete and his team from Haven Roofing were by far the best choice. Pete immediately set himself apart with his honest assessment of the situation and I did not feel, as I did with the other companies, that he was just looking to make as much money as possible. The crew did a great job, cared about my property and cleaned up so you’d never know they were there. We had a huge rainstorm shortly after the repairs were done and the work was done perfectly! Pete even came to follow up and inspect afterwards to ensure everything was done right! I’d absolutely recommend Haven Roofing!

Had two other quotes before I found Haven. The guys that came out and looked around (from those other companies) did not inspire confidence. Pete looked around, made his observations and used our input to rebuild our roof exactly as we had imagined it should be. His quote was comprehensive, and included drone photos of problem areas (so if you're not comfortable climbing up on your roof - you can see what he's talking about!) He was upfront about possible charges for extra work. His crew was polite, thoroughly cleaned up after themselves and even fixed a gate latch that got broken during construction. And, they were FAST (full roof rebuild done within the week!) If you're looking for roof repair or reshingling - give Pete a call. Haven may not be the lowest quote you'll get - but it'll be worth it.

We needed to have some gutter work done after previously having another company do, well, not a great job. Pete, the owner, was so thorough in his explanation of everything that we needed to fix. We really felt like he had our best interest in mind. His crew did a great job and was able to finish the work in one day. They also did a great job of cleaning everything up at the end of the day. Pete came by a few days later to ensure all of the work was done properly and that we were pleased with the job (we were!). I would definitely recommend Haven Roofing for any outside work that you need done!
