Lava Roofing did an excellent job repairing our roof. One solar panel became damaged during the job and they replaced it without hesitation. The best part of working with Lava Roofing has been that they kept us informed of what was happening and they answered email, texts and phone calls. We used Lava Roofing recently for a new asphalt shingle roof and we are so glad we chose them to do the job in Waikoloa Village. We couldn't be happier. Our Salesman was Rick Fleming. He was extremely patient, informative and resourceful. The installers were great and cleaned up every night after their work day was over. Tucker was fabulous to work with also he does scheduling and a million other things. Their whole crew really went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service.. Additionally they remove and reinstall your solar water heater panels so you don't have to additionally hire a plumber to do so.

Josh and his crew were very professional, kept me updated with pictures since I couldn't be on-site during the re-roofing. He helped with material and color selection, kept me updated on any findings of repairs needed, worked super fast and mostly kept to the original estimate except for some unforseen tongue and groove boards that could not be assessed until the original roof was removed. They also worked with tenants living in the apartments to keep them informed. I was very pleased with Josh's communication and the roof looks great!
