To sum up my experience with Matt in one word - superb! Matt got a door ding sorted on a new car we just purchased and it looks just as good, if not better then what it was when it was new. His communication was fantastic, he answered the phone promptly both times I called and was able work me in very timely. Quality, efficiency and price of his work was fantastic. Matt earned a lifelong customer on this one! Thanks for the wonderful experience sir! :)

Excellent work!! So happy we were referred to Matt to fix a door ding. Kept hearing it would not come out since it was on a body line crease. He got it out perfectly. Super easy to schedule, clean shop and very personable. Highly recommend!

★★★★★Matt at Tennessee Valley Dent Repair delivered exceptional service from start to finish! He was responsive, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process, making everything straightforward and stress-free.What truly set him apart was his attention to detail and the care he gave my Tesla. He did not simply address the primary dent—he carefully applied touch-up paint to the affected area, ensuring the repair looked clean and well-finished. He then went above and beyond by conducting a complete 360-degree review of the vehicle to identify and address other small imperfections that could easily have been overlooked.Matt also polished the repaired areas to perfection. The final result looks outstanding, and it is obvious he takes real pride in both his craftsmanship and the overall customer experience! He treated my vehicle as if it were his own and made sure every detail was handled before the job was complete. If you are looking for someone who is highly skilled, responsive, thorough, and committed to quality, I highly recommend Matt and Tennessee Valley Dent Repair.

Matt's work is absolutely great in every respect. He communicates with the customer throughout the repair process, schedules and completes the work on time, and his workmanship is flawless. I have a 7 month old car that was "dinged" pretty substantially in a parking lot, and after Matt was finished, you wouldn't know anything had ever happened to the door. I recommend him highly and will pass his info to friends who have the need for his services. Just a great experience!

Expert work, quick and professional. The dent is completely removed. I only had my vehicle for less than one month when the incident caused a dent in my door. Now my vehicle is exactly returned to the new condition it was when I drove it off the lot. Thank you.

Matt did a great job, great customer service, and had my car done in less than an hour! I had showed him another dent that I planned to get fixed later on, and he went ahead and fixed that one as well free of charge. 100% would come back if I needed something fixed again, my car looks great and you can’t even tell that there was ever a dent there in the first place!
