Donovan was professional, incredibly courteous, spent almost 6 hours detailing my matte white car after the company who sprayed our parking lot short of covered my car in tar. He replaced the ceramic coating as that was compromised from the tar as well. His work was GORGEOUS! My car looks better than when bought off the showroom floor and detailed by the dealership!
