Sad that I can only give 5 stars. 11 years ago we used Totta to install hardwood floors in our dining room, so it was any easy choice to use them to refinish our kitchen floors & install new hardwood floor in our living room. From start to finish everyone at Totta was professional & kind. Mike was excellent at explaining options and the process, Matt is very patient with all my questions & worked with me to have scheduling the job work for me. My crew lead Josh was very patient in answering questions. Both he and Jeff were exceptionally respectful of my home and were methodical & detail oriented throughout the entire process. Not only will we be using Totta to maintain our floors but we will use them when we are ready to have our front room done. Call Totta, you won’t be disappointed!

Totta was excellent, the end result looked absolutely amazing. Randy oversaw the project and clearly pays attention to the details, our flooring was damaged in a water leak and after the work was completed, it was as if nothing happened...except the floors looked even better than before.
