I highly recommend Bacich Smash Repairs, post a small front end car accident and a less than desirable experience with an alternate repairer. Bacich were able to complete the works and to an extremely high standard. They have an eye for detail and their passion for a job well done is absolutely obvious upon completion of the works. They listened and validated my concerns and genuinely wanted to help. A solid team, brilliant customer service, and a sensational result for the works carried out on my car. Thankyou.

Evan and the team at Bacich Smash Repairs did an amazing job repairing our Toyota Prado. I am super picky and could not fault the workmanship. They also had a loan car available for the duration of repairs at an affordable price. If you want great customer service and an immaculate job, I would highly recommend Bacich Smash Repairs.

I brought my daily car here after a minor accident. The repairs were done on time and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. I'm embarrassed to say as a daily car it wasn't exactly clean when I dropped it off. When I picked itu up, the car was immaculate inside and out. I couldn't recommend and thank them enough. Thank you!

I poped my car for a back bumper replacement, they have a hire car service which is handy.I was very impressed how quick they did the job and it was a very nice and neat job.Another good point: they gave me back my car clean inside and outside.I strongly recommend this place for their service.

Amazing job. Would highly recommend. My insurer only offered two repair options after pretty bad roo-related damage to the front of my car. After discovering that the first place was hopeless I was delighted to end up at Bacich who were able to get me in a month earlier too. Evan was a great guy to deal with and the repair has been done flawlessly. I hope you don't need their services but rest assured you’ll be looked after should you need to.

I wanted to give a big thank you to Frank for being so helpful with the process, communicating with me over the phone and keeping me updated with everything that was going on. Thanks guys.
