⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ll give Kane Minkus and his program five stars—and here’s why. I was at a decision point between pursuing a Google AI certification, Microsoft, or both. I chose to start here because it’s practical and directly applicable—and that was the right decision. Today is my first day, and I’ve already found real value. Even coming in as an intermediate user of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and others—mostly self-taught—I learned things that pushed me outside the box I had been operating in. I’ve been skeptical about courses like this before, and I tend to overthink, which can lead to analysis paralysis. This helped simplify things and gave me a clearer direction. There are small areas that could be improved—like pacing and the ability to move faster—but the quality of the teaching and structure stand out. After today, I feel confident that this will give me the structure to move ahead. I’m using this as the foundation to launch an AI agency focused on real estate professionals. After 30 years in the business and over a decade working in-house on high-rise condominium developments, I see a clear opportunity to help brokers and agents improve communication, streamline systems, and generate more buyer and broker leads through automation and better processes. This program is giving me the structure to bring that vision to life. Highly recommend for anyone serious about applying AI in a practical, business-driven way.

I was blown away with what AI can do, and how great of an instructor Kane Minkus is. I'm starting out by buying his AI Assisted Certification Course, until I can afford his "all in" more expensive course. I plan to be a fully trained AI Consultant...and having watched 30-40 trainings with others over the last 6 weeks, I put Kane at the top of the list of trainers.
