Fantastic experience. The tech was prompt and took the time to troubleshoot the air conditioner in a way that he could show us the homeowner. Took the time to measure the air temp coming out from every room before service and after service which is what we wanted to see. He gave us recommendations to improve our unit performance. We will certainly use Sutton again for all our HVAC needs.

However, a great business is one who might face an issue on a job, but deals with it quickly and efficiently. In doing so, they do not provide excuses and they offer apologies, even when not at fault. Sutton hits that mark. The issue was small, believe me, but there was no question about solving it. They took care of it quickly and seamlessly.I worked with several of their helpful staff members, from the owner to the worker bees (if you will). He couldn’t find anything wrong as to why it wasn’t cooling, Because he was able to get it down to 66 degrees, but he said to record the sound when or if it sounds funny outside at the compressor for next time. Then they could possibly trace it out.

Jaron with Sutton Heating and Air was fantastic! Friendly and knowledgeable. Was very informative about my system and what he was finding. I called Sutton Heating and Air after have a home inspector claim my Ac system had a leak. Jason showed up on time and asked questions. Then when right to work. Finding no leaks with my AC system. Made few minor repairs to the wrapping outside on my Ac unit and cleaned out a drain line. Gave me a report stating what he found and the work he did. This report help me resolve any issues with the home inspector and home buyer. Jason was very honest and fair. I would recommend him and the crew with Sutton Heating and Air!

Called Sutton's on COLD Saturday morning. It was too cold for heat pump and auxiliary heat wasn't warming house. I checked everything out and could not figure out what was wrong. Service tech (sorry I can't remember his name) was at my home within 30 minutes. He checked things out and turns out the system was doing all it could. Very professional and explained options. Charge was MORE THAN FAIR considering it was the weekend and snowing. I will call them for all my HVAC needs.
