I have an air-conditioning unit on a residence with new renters in there. I had promised him I was a good landlord with this problem with air-conditioning continued for a week with somebody else that used to do A/C work for me. I gave up. They sent their check out there the same day, which was very important to me at this late point of repairs and got it fired up in about 20 minutes. Explained everything to me thoroughly and I haven’t heard any more concerns from the renters. This Landlord Is only as good as the professionals you can find. SUTTON’S bailed me out.

I had another company come out and they quoted me $590 to recharge my unit. When I asked those guys if I could think about it they told me yes but it would be another 100 for them to come out if I didn’t decide then. I called these folks and the did the job for half the price. When I had to change my availability, the accommodated me and sent a technician over sooner. Eric explained every aspect of my system to me, and was polite and professional. I can’t recommend Sutton enough. I will absolutely be calling them for any future issues.

Fantastic experience. The tech was prompt and took the time to troubleshoot the air conditioner in a way that he could show us the homeowner. Took the time to measure the air temp coming out from every room before service and after service which is what we wanted to see. He gave us recommendations to improve our unit performance. We will certainly use Sutton again for all our HVAC needs.
