Jeff Rappaport, Rebecca Jensen, and Rebecca Dearing do a great job with their Utah Investor and Utah Wholesale Meetups. Their meetings and events provide real value to real estate investors in the form of education and networking. The difference between the UTREIA and other groups, is that the UTREIA provides true value to real estate investors and it isn't disguised as selling something. Good stuff.
